Track your order
Every order ships with tracking. As soon as your OctoPal leaves the warehouse, you'll get an email with your tracking number — usually within 1–2 days of ordering.
To follow your package:
- Open your shipping confirmation email and tap the tracking link, or
- Paste your tracking number into 17TRACK — it works with every carrier we use.
Most orders arrive within 7–14 days. If it's been longer than that, or your tracking hasn't moved in a few days, contact us and we'll track it down for you.
