By using this store or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Who can order
You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
Products
We do our best to show the costume accurately. Colours can look different from one screen to another, and measurements are approximate.
Product safety and intended use
The OctoPal octopus costume is a padded dress-up item made for photos and supervised floor play. It is not a sleep product. Please keep your baby's face clear and visible at all times, use it only while your baby is awake and supervised, and remove it before naps and bedtime. Keep your baby's sleep space free of soft, padded items. By ordering, you confirm you've read and understood this.
Prices
Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. We do our best to keep everything accurate, but if a product is listed at the wrong price we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full.
Stock
We can limit quantities or discontinue a product at any time.
Your account and information
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us. We can refuse or cancel any order we believe is fraudulent.
Intellectual property
The content on this site — text, images, logo, design — belongs to OctoPal and can't be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OctoPal is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under consumer protection law that can't be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable laws of Canada.
