Refund policy

30-day returns

If the costume isn't what you pictured, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

What we need

The item must be unused, unwashed and in its original packaging.

How to start a return

Email helloctopal@outlook.com with your order number and a short note about why you're returning it. We'll reply within 2 business days with instructions. Please don't send anything back before you hear from us — parcels returned without a return authorisation can't be processed.

Who pays for return shipping

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered. In those cases we cover it.

Refunds

Once your return is received and checked, we'll refund the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Depending on your bank, it can take another few days to appear on your statement.

Damaged or wrong items

Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full — no return needed.

Cancellations

You can cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships. Once it's shipped, the return policy above applies.

Non-returnable

Items returned after 30 days, or that have been used or washed, can't be refunded.
